Broaches

Tools are available on either 8mm or .500 shanks.

8mm shank tools are vented, except sizes .090 and smaller.  Sizes .090 and smaller vented upon request.

  • Tolerance on forms + or - .0002"

  • Tighter tolerances are available at additional cost.

  • Tolerance on shanks -.0003"

  • Tools available in push and wobble style.

BROACH HOLDERS

We source from Global CNC & iSwiss for push broach applications, and now offer our own non adjustable rotary broach holder . Both holders are available in several shank sizes and we can customize the OAL for your application.

 

GAUGES

Need Gauges for your screw sockets, etc.? Rayco produces GO & NO-GO Plug & Paddle style gages manufactured to your specifications. Gauges come complete with handles and certificates traceable to N.I.S.T. and are available in high speed steel and carbide.
